- Competitive Pay: $27 - $31 per hour, based on experience.
- Work directly with leadership—reporting to the Director of Operations.
- Be a key financial player in a growing, established business.
- Daily financial reconciliation to ensure accurate records.
- Process payroll and manage payroll-related transactions.
- Reconcile credit card transactions and expenses.
- End-of-month closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure all accounts are balanced.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable as needed.
- Support financial audits and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and best practices.
- Experienced in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration. Minimum 3+ years of experience.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable using accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and spreadsheets.
- Able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Trustworthy and reliable, with a strong understanding of confidentiality in financial matters.
- 15-20 hours per week, with some week-over-week variance.
- Additional hours at the end of the month to support financial closing.
- In-office role based at our Baltimore location transitioning to hybrid as you ascend to fully perform all responsibilities.
As an appliance repair technician, you’ll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you’ll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.
You’ll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you’ll have to deal with people, too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
